These terms apply to sculptherbyriana.com and to coaching services provided by Riana Burkhart, who coaches under the name Riana Lenae and trades as SculptHER by Riana Lenae ("SculptHER", "we", "I"). By using this site or purchasing coaching, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
1. The services
SculptHER provides online fitness coaching, including personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, and physique and glute training. Coaching is delivered remotely through a coaching app. Optional in-person sessions are available for an additional fee and are booked separately. What is included in each plan is described on this site and confirmed with you before coaching begins.
2. Not medical advice
SculptHER is not a medical provider. Nothing provided through this site or through coaching is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified physician or registered dietitian.
Consult your doctor before beginning any training or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, recovering from injury, or living with any medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom.
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating, you accept that risk and confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to take part.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about your health, training history, and circumstances, and to update us if they change. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and for deciding whether any part of a program is appropriate for you on a given day. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching.
4. Results are not guaranteed
Physique and performance outcomes depend on genetics, consistency, sleep, stress, medical history, and many factors outside our control. Any results, testimonials, or photographs shown are individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve. No specific result is guaranteed.
5. Payment
Prices are listed on this site in US dollars. Current plans are:
- Monthly coaching, $200 per month. This starts with a three-month initial commitment ($600 total, paid in three monthly installments of $200). After the first three months it renews automatically one month at a time until you cancel.
Payment is due before coaching begins. If a recurring payment fails, you will get written notice and seven calendar days to resolve it before coaching may be paused. No late fee is charged.
Your monthly price is fixed for the three-month initial term. Any later increase requires at least 30 days of written notice and takes effect only on a renewal date, so you can cancel before it applies.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel monthly coaching without penalty within three business days after signing your coaching agreement, for a full refund. After that, a cancellation during the first three months takes effect at the end of that initial term, and the remaining scheduled installments stay due while your coaching continues. After the initial term, cancel before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. You keep access for the period you have already paid for, and partial months are not refunded except where required by law.
Your signed coaching agreement sets out the full terms, including early cancellation for medical reasons or if coaching stops. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
7. Intellectual property
Training programs, nutrition plans, videos, written materials, and the contents of this site belong to SculptHER by Riana Lenae. They are licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not copy, resell, publish, or share them with anyone else, including other coaches or clients. You may share relevant materials privately with your doctor, other healthcare professionals, or advisers when needed for your care or advice.
8. Client conduct
We may end coaching on 14 days of written notice, or immediately if you are abusive toward us or others, if there are serious safety concerns (including repeatedly ignoring safety guidance), or if you misuse program materials in breach of these terms. In every case, any unused prepaid coaching is refunded proportionately within 30 days and future payments are canceled. Amounts for coaching already delivered remain payable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riana Burkhart, individually and trading as SculptHER by Riana Lenae, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the services, including injury resulting from exercise you choose to perform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for coaching in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Riana Burkhart, individually and trading as SculptHER by Riana Lenae, against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that venue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site or the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
