Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Riana Burkhart, trading as SculptHER by Riana Lenae ("SculptHER", "we", "I"), collects through sculptherbyriana.com, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It is written to describe how this site actually works rather than to list every possibility.
Who is responsible
Riana Burkhart, trading as SculptHER by Riana Lenae, operating in the State of Florida, United States. You can reach us at riana@sculptherbyriana.com about anything in this policy.
What we collect
This site has two forms, and the only information you actively give it is what you type into them.
The contact form on the home page asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The training goal you select
The coaching application (apply.sculptherbyriana.com) asks for:
- Your name, age, email address, phone number, and optionally your Instagram handle
- Your fitness experience, goals, training history, and where and how often you can train
- What you want help with, how ready you are to start, whether the rate works for you, and when you would like to begin
- Anything else you choose to tell me in the free-text answers
There are no accounts on this site, no login, and no payment is taken here. We do not ask for your address, date of birth, health records, or financial details through this website. Please do not include medical details in the application; health screening happens separately if you become a client.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It tells us things like how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where they come from. There is no advertising pixel, we do not use it for ads, and we cannot identify you personally from it.
Information collected automatically
Four services this site depends on receive limited technical information when you visit:
- Vercel, our hosting provider, records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, in order to serve and secure the site.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used here. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and basic request headers. We receive nothing from this and cannot identify you through it.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We see this only as aggregate reports. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Vercel BotID checks that a form is being sent by a person, not an automated script. On pages with a form it runs a short check in your browser that reads technical signals such as browser and device characteristics, and Vercel, our hosting provider, uses them to classify the submission. We receive only whether the submission was allowed.
Why we use your information
Contact form submissions and applications are used for one purpose: to reply to you, review whether coaching is a good fit, and discuss working together. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else handles form submissions
Both forms are delivered by a third-party form service (Formspree), which transmits your submission to us by email and may retain a copy on its own servers under its own privacy policy. Your name and phone number are also sent to Riana as a text message through Twilio, a messaging provider, which keeps a record of the message under its own privacy policy. These are the only processors that handle what you type into the forms. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and applications are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as you are a client. If you do not become a client, we delete them once the conversation has clearly ended. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email riana@sculptherbyriana.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Since the only information we hold is what you sent us, these requests are usually straightforward. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This site and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected here before they take effect.
